Sales is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Installers while knowledgeable were a little lacking relative to communication. Installers would leave without advising and when they did communicate a return schedule did not show up until hours later. Understand as project lasted longer than expected due to weather and they had to start another job. Simply communicating plans would have alleviated my concern and would resulted in a 5 star rating. Fence was not installed level across a very lengthy straight run however upon return corrected. I have recommended Chamblee to a friend looking for a privacy fence repair who subsequently has contracted with them.

This team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. They went above and beyond to ensure that our project was completed correctly and perfectly how we wanted it. They also were incredibly efficient. Completing one week of work in 2 Days! The team worked with us to insure our satisfaction with the job of replacing two portions of our former tennis court fence, which were damaged by trees falling on it. The fence is now used for our neighborhood garden, keeping deer out. We added a bottom rail to two sides where the deer had managed to get under prior to this addition, plus added higher gauge tension wires to the other two sides.

From the initial estimate and plan with Brad Sears to the smooth install with the crew, Chamblee fence was a pleasure to work with. For some reason, I was particularly taken with the way the guys made smooth joins with the cross boards (see photo). It reflects care and precision right down to their individual board measurements. We always felt taken care of.

Chamblee Fence did a great job repairing my aluminum fence gate - I had a unique and narrow need after a deer got caught on and destroyed my gate

From the time I called to get an estimate to the finished product, everyone was helpful, friendly and professional.
For the entire installation, it was a 2 1/2 day completion, but they did an excellent job. Was very impressed with the quality, expertise, and professional of the installers.

From the beginning to the end of this process Chamblee Fence was amazing. Our salesperson, Michael, was so great with helping me decide where the fence should go and answering all of my questions. The two guys they sent out to put up the fence, Mario and Mario, were SO nice and they did a great job.

Chamblee Fence offered the best prices in town. As soon as I signed the contract, the installation was scheduled the next week. The installation team hauled away an old fence and installed a new one. They worked really hard all day. Did nice work.

Words cannot express how happy we are with the quality of Chamblee Fence's people and product from showroom to installation! Brad's guidance, planning, and expertise was a significant consideration when selecting Chamblee Fence over their competitors. During his site survey, he took the time to explain everything from the high level plan down to the details. Even returning onsite to addrees our follow-up questions; outstanding! Kress kept us on schedule by communicating our installation schedule and expectations. Guillermo's installation was fantastic. He did a site walk with us prior to starting, accommodated an aesthetic request perfectly, communicated progress, and reconfirmed gate positions with us. Excellent! We had two minor issues, a scuffed post and a ball cap with a manufacturing defect. Chamblee Fence did not disappoint! Nelson painted the post and replaced the ball cap, demonstrating their actions back their reputation. We received other quotes, Chamblee Fence earned our business. We are so very thankful we chose Chamblee Fence!

I was in need of getting a section of my chain link fence repaired after a tree fell on it. I reviewed a couple businesses and decided on Chamblee Fence Company. I called and talked to a very responsive receptionist who said I’d receive a call back shortly. I did, and sent photos of fence and a representative came by the next day to assess. I received a detailed estimate. I was able to setup the repair within 2 days and Guillermo came out and a did an excellent job. Very pleased with my experience with Chamblee Fence Company

Chamblee fence was great. Would highly recommend. They come and quoted us quickly. Gave us a reasonable price. We even sat on the quote for a couple of months and finally decided to go head at the start of the year. Chamblee team was able to get us scheduled first week of this year. Came in the morning and installed a beautiful 200ft + fence in a day.
Team was super nice and very accommodating when we needed to alter some post placement after they had placed them to make sure we got it exactly how we wanted it.

Our second time having chamblee fence put in a fence for us and we will never go with anyone else. They were wonderfully considerate and quick to quote us a price, showed up on time and completed the job quicker than I thought possible. Really nice guys and clean area after they left. Highly recommend!

Great experience from quote to install. The crew was professional, courteous and quick! They came at 9am and finished at 6pm and did a beautiful job! We have a wooded yard with a pretty big slope, not an easy install! We are so pleased! I Highly recommend Chamblee Fence!

We are extremely happy with our new fence from Chamblee. Parker Watson was very helpful and the team that installed the fence was great. They arrived promptly and worked hard throughout the day. They also put up our neighbor 's fence, which looks great as well. Their prices provide good value and we highly recommend them.

I had call two other fence companies, they did not showed up when they say to do the estimate. They did not delivered the estimate when they said. Price wise Chamblee Fence, was somewhere in the price as the others but what a difference in professionalism. From day one Robert (the salesman) sent me a video presentation to introduce himself. He came when he said he would and they did everything it was offerred. You will not go wrong with them!

Chamblee fence is such a wonderful company. The salesperson was very nice, punctual, and thoroughly explained the fence process. The estimate was very detailed and not pushy at all The staff at the office was very cordial, friendly, personable and helpful. The wonderful people working on the fence were very hardworking, affable, and great guys. They did such a fantastic job building the fence. No problems whatsoever. Chamblee fence has been around for a number of decades and I expect from their total quality service that they exemplified that they will be around for many many years to come.

This company was very responsive. They provided a quote the same day that they visited the site, then responded timely to my clarifying questions. The price was in line with other firms that were not as professional. They showed up on their agreed upon date (it was a few weeks due to a delay on my end getting a surveyor onsite). Once on-site, they finished in 3 days with 2 guys. The fence looks awesome. Great job all around!

My experience was 5 stars start to finish. I would highly recommend chamblee fence. The estimator was on time and very consultative and not pushy. He made great suggestions for my gate post and fence. The installer came in the morning and pushed through until 7pm. He came back the next morning and hustled to get it done before a birthday party at my house in the afternoon. They removed my old fence before putting up the new and besides the new fence, you would never know they were there. They cleaned up EVERYTHING! Heather on the phone was great (she is funny). The lady at the front desk when I made my deposit, was super sweet. Everyone I dealt with was first class. This is company gets it right in all aspects. Highly recommend. One last shout out to the 3 guys the that installed my fence, their work ethic was unreal.

Chamblee Fence was a pleasure to work with. Parker came out, measured everything, and got me a quote very quickly. We had over 400 feet of existing privacy fence and the crew was able to remove the old fence and install a new one in just two days. I got a couple of estimates and Chamblee Fence was very competitive with the others.

Chamblee Fence has done a wonderful job for us! Fence looks fantastic! We have been postponing installation of a privacy fence for 2 years because we were afraid it was going to ruin a beautiful view we have out of our breakfast area and look boring to say the least. Chamblee fence took into consideration every single concern we had. Rob arrived at the first meeting with us and took his time to understand exactly what we want and gave us some good ideas we later used in our project. Throughout the process he was always easy to reach and a pleasure to communicate with. On the day of installation, Miguel, the foreman, with his team arrived on time and made sure he understood every detail of the project and what we expect. Miguel and his crew met and exceeded all of our expectations about the fence. He even made us a small door for our robotic lawnmower so it can easily access both sides of the property around the fence. It is important to explain well what you want and you will get a wonderful result with Chamblee! We even go out more often to our backyard now, enjoying the craftsmanship of our new fence. We already got a lot of compliments from our neighbors too! We will happily be using Chamblee in the future for all of our fence needs!

Great experience all around getting our fence done with Chamblee. The sales process was straightforward and simple and Brad was very responsive to all of my questions. They installed ahead of schedule and completed the work in almost miraculous time; They removed almost 300 feet of old fence (chain and picket) and installed the new fence with 2 gates all in one day and every bit of the old fencing was cleaned up. The guys were very friendly and courteous and the office was very helpful with multiple payment options also.

Everything went exactly as planned. Brad was super knowledgeable of their products and the cost implications of some of the features we were considering. Timely installation and really quality work! Will hire them again when we redo another section of fence in our yard.

Chamblee Fence Company recently installed a 6 foot privacy fence in our back yard and a side gate on each side our house. Our sales person, Brad Sears, was responsive, knowledgeable, and explained the process in detail. The crew installed the fence as scheduled and did a beautiful job. The crew was courteous and was careful to go over the details of the installation before they began the work. I'd definitely use them again.

Chamblee fence constructed a 6 foot pine privacy fence with a double gate on one side and a single gate on the other side of our home. The construction crew arrived early and worked all day until the fence was completed. They obviously had a lot of experience. They walked the perimeter with me ahead of time to follow the boundaries that were verified earlier by our surveyer. The fence is sturdy and the treated wood is very strong. When the job is done on time and with good workmanship there is no better experience.

We wanted to match an existing aluminum fence on part of our property, and are truly happy with the results. Michael came out to measure twice, as we had a wide gate opening on a slope in our yard. The angle is perfect everywhere we have a slope. Johnny and his crew were professional (and fast) installing the fence and gates. We are very happy with the finished fence (as is the dog).

We used chamblee at 2 properties in the past 10 years. They have been in business for a long time for a reason- The process is very clear & staff are very responsive. Taking off one star because the payment options could use a little update to match common expectations today. Overall very impressed by how quickly they were able to finish the project from quote to completion. Recommend!
